Ingredients:
Gin Bothy Chilli Gin
Bottle of Big Tom Spiced Tomato Juice
1 lemon
Spicy & salty mix (we used a peri-peri spice mixed with a bit of rock salt but you can use anything in the cupboard that is flakey)
Salt
Red chillis for garnish

Makes 2 cocktails:
Prep your glass:
Add your chilli & salt spice to a flat plate
Slice your lemon into quarters and rub the top of the glasses with lemon juice

Press the edge of your glass into the salty spice mix
Add the below ingredients to a cocktail shaker:
100ml of Gin Bothy Chilli Gin (2 shots per person)
Roughly 500ml of Big Tom Spiced Tomato Juice (Depending on your glass size)
Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon
Pinch of salt
Shake and strain into your rimmed glass with ice.
Garnish: Put a little upwards slit into your chillis to hold them in place on the edge of your glass to make devil horns.
Press the edge of your glass into the salty spice mix
Add the below ingredients to a cocktail shaker:
100ml of Gin Bothy Chilli Gin (2 shots per person)
Roughly 500ml of Big Tom Spiced Tomato Juice (Depending on your glass size)
Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon
Pinch of salt
Shake and strain into your rimmed glass with ice.
Garnish: Put a little upwards slit into your chillis to hold them in place on the edge of your glass to make devil horns.
