Ingredients:
100ml of Gin Bothy Plum Liqueur
1 Egg White
50ml Lemon juice
Syrup:
Ginger
Sugar
Boiling water
Serves 2
To make syrup: Grate ginger and add to a small container of sugar. Add just enough boiled water to dissolve your sugar, allow to infuse and cool while you make the cocktail.
Add to the Plum liqueur, egg white and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Through a sieve add 25ml of your ginger syrup and shake with ice.
Add to a tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of plum or ginger.
