This cocktail is a match made in heaven with our smoked gin. Elevating the citrus notes in the gin.
Ingredients
2 shots of Gin Bothy Smoked Gin
Juice from 1 Tangerine
1 tablespoon of syrup
Syrup:
1 cup of water
1 cup of honey
10 sprigs of thyme
Boil the water & honey until the honey dissolves. Pour into a glass container and add the sprigs of thyme, cool in the fridge.
Combine all the ingredients and shake with ice!
