Makes 1 old-fashioned
Ingredients
25ml (1 shot) of Gin Bothy Gunshot Gin
25ml (1 shot) of whisky - we used King Charles' whisky of choice Laphroaig
Dash of angostura bitters
Brown sugar 1 tsp or to taste
Orange for garnish
Ice cube (large)
Method
Add your sugar to a tumbler and saturate with a dash of bitters
Add a dash of water to the sugar and dissolve with a spoon
Add a large ice cube to the glass (the bigger the better as it melts slower)
Add your Gunshot Gin and whisky and give a gentle stir
With an orange peel slice rub around the rim before placing it in the glass
