Ingredients
25-50ml Gunshot or Spiced Rum
2 tsps honey
2 tsps lemon juice
A cinnamon stick
Method
Add boiling water to a mug, add a nip or two of you chosen Bothy spirit with 2 tsps honey and 2 tsps lemon juice. Stir until it's all dissolved and add more honey or lemon to taste. Garnish with a slice of lemon and/or a cinnamon stick.
