Makes 2 cocktails:
Step 1: Add the below ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
150ml double cream
2 tsp of chocolate powder
Shake and set aside, clean the shaker

Step 2: Add the below ingredients to your clean cocktail shaker with ice
75ml Gin Bothy Scottish Cherry & Vanilla Gin (1 & half shots per person)
50ml chocolate liqueur (we used Baileys chocolate luxe)
30ml vanilla (or normal) sugar syrup
Shake and pour into a coupe or martini glass

Step 3: Transfer your creamy mixture back into the cocktail shaker for pouring. SLOWLY pour your mixture into the coupe glass, you may want to use the back of a spoon to reduce the impact and create a lovely layer.
Optional: Garnish with maraschino or fresh cherries.
