Our Plum Liqueur, made with autumn-harvested plums, is the result of a patient infusion process that turns these rich fruits into a vibrant summer liqueur. This careful infusion lets the spirit soak up the deep, fruity essence of the plums, creating a smooth and flavourful spirit. 

This small batch spirit is lovingly handmade in small batches using traditional methods and fresh plums handpicked in local orchards.

Mixed with sugar and hand bottled, this rich liqueur is bursting with natural flavour and great neat on ice, with tonic, lemonade or Prosecco.
