The Bothy Experience, home of the award winning Gin Bothy is nestled in the historic village of Glamis in Angus, minutes from Glamis Castle.
This 4-star Visit Scotland Experience, like a bothy, is free to explore. Our Bothy Beginnings room takes you through our Gin Bothy journey while our Bothy Tales room tells the story of Scottish Bothies.
The shop stocks our own range as well as locally sourced food, drinks, and carefully selected gifts, while The Barn showcases ideas for your home including pure wool blankets, candles, artwork and books.
Enjoy catching up with friends and family in our cosy and rustic bothy tasting rooms, where you can enjoy a gin tasting, afternoon tea, cultural event, or hire them for private use.

Private tastings and event hire are also available. Gift vouchers for tastings can be purchased online and in store.

Directions
Follow signs for Glamis (A928). Turn onto Main Street, passing the entrance to Glamis Castle, continue to The Square and turn left at the shop onto Kirkwynd. The Bothy Experience is on the left.
