Our unique Rhubarb liqueur is created using our special Scottish gin combined with fresh local rhubarb gathered from the Angus and Perthshire countryside.

Following Scotland’s fruit calendar our rhubarb gin liqueur is the second gin we batch in the year. Sweet and fresh, it’s great with Prosecco, sparkling apple juice or on the rocks!

It's the best!

The rhubarb gin is my favourite of all the delicious flavours of GIn Bothy gin. I love it in a glass of prosecco, so refreshing and deliciously sweet!

Just the best ever

I got this as a Christmas present, had a tentative sip thinking I could add it to the collection of liqueurs at the back of the cupboard. It is sooooo nice I will hide it and keep it just for me!
