Our Chilli liqueur is handmade in small batches and is part of our Fusion collection.

AWARD WINNING - Our Chilli gin liqueur won a Great Taste Award.

UNIQUE FLAVOURS – Our Chilli liqueur was inspired after our Chilli Jam making, where we experimented with chillies in gin and loved the combination! This liqueur retains the sweetness of the liqueur but with a chilli kick.

SIGNATURE SERVE : We encourage you to try this neat first or 25cl mixed with 50cl of Premium Tonic.  

CULINARY SUGGESTIONS : Popular as an accompaniment to salmon or fish dishes or with dark chocolate.

Each bottle contains a fresh chilli which will absorb the flavour and fade in colour over time. Eating this is only for the brave!

Good but what happened to the chilli?

I loved this the first time I tried it. The chilli inside the bottle gave it an extra kick.
This time there was no chilli in it. It didn’t taste quite the same.
Bring back the chilli and I’ll buy it again.

Best Flavoured Gin

I have tried so many of the flavoured gins that are available but this one is the best. Lovely and warming the mouth then a nice taste of heat and spice at the end, I highly recommend this gin 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
