Ingredients
6-8 raspberries
2 tsp brown sugar
Juice of half a lime
3 mint leaves
50ml (2 shots) Spiced Bothy Rum
Soda water
Ice
Method
Muddle together the raspberries, brown sugar and lime juice.
Add the mint leaves and Spice Rum
Top with ice and stir everything together with a spoon
Top with soda water
Garnish with additional raspberries and mint
