Step 1: Add the below ingredients to a cocktail shaker
100ml Gin Bothy Sloe Gin (2 x 25cl shots per person)
50ml lemon juice
25ml sugar syrup
1 egg white

Step 2: Add ice and shake vigorously, pour into martini/coupe glass. Top with bubbly of your choice, we used Prosecco.
