Makes 2 cocktails:
Step 1: Add the below ingredients to a cocktail shaker
100ml Gin Bothy Scottish Cherry & Vanilla Gin (50ml per person)
50ml fresh lemon juice
25ml vanilla (or normal) sugar syrup
2 egg whites
2 dashes of bitters
